|
William J. (Bill) Balleste is President and
founder of Enterprise Engineering Services, LLC. EES was incorporated in
September 2006, and is a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB)
and certified 8(a) minority-owned disadvantaged
business. Since its inception, Bill has guided EES’
maturity to its present complement of highly-skilled professionals who
provide innovative IT solutions, improving both the business processes
and systems of our federal and state customers. By fostering a culture of focusing on customer needs and employee empowerment, Bill has helped EES achieve a reputation as a highly capable systems integrator within both the government and commercial communities, known for bringing the right technologies, approach, and personnel to ensure our customers’ success. Prior to founding EES, Bill served as Vice President of Transportation, Program Director for Information System Services Division, and as Program Manager for the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Service Operations Support – 5 (SOS-5) program. As Program Manager for the FAA’s SOS-5 program, Bill oversaw five (5) functional areas; Program Management, Policy and Planning Support, System Development and Telecommunications Engineering, Operations Supports, and Computer Security Support. In each capacity, Bill applied his extensive experience in consulting, business, finance, project management, technical and system development, and implementation of projects (for both private and public sector customers) effectively partnering for success. A proven business developer, Bill successfully built and managed his own management consulting services company. In addition, he has managed staffing levels exceeding 160 technical and consulting professionals. Bill’s specific project experience has been in Finance, Insurance (Property & Casualty and Group Life), Healthcare, Medicaid and Medicare, Retail, Engineering and Manufacturing. Bill has performed in numerous management capacities for Fortune 100 companies and small businesses. Bill has extensive experience involving project start-up activities, including two (2) Technical Services Departments for the federal government. The first start-up assignment was for the National Flood Insurance Program administered by Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA). The second was for the Federal Black Lung Program administered by the Department of Labor. Bill was a corporate member of a successful turnaround management team to re-establish Wickes Companies, Inc. as a solvent, strong, and viable retail company. Wickes Companies Inc. was the largest retail company to declare bankruptcy at $4.2 billion. Bill is a graduate of Pace University with a
Bachelor of Science in Accounting. As an avid golfer, Bill spends what
little free time he has available on the golf course (Medford Village
Country Club) while deserting his understanding and most tolerant wife
Fran. In addition, Bill shares his residence with a companion Sherlock,
a small Cockapoo. |
