Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) – Unified Oracle Application Operations and Maintenance and Enhancement Support (UOA) EES provided engineering, operation and maintenance (O&M), and project management support services to the DEA’s Unified Oracle Application Operations and Maintenance and Enhancement Support (UOA) program, for software development, software operations, and maintenance support for multiple DEA programs. EES supported the O&M of the DEA Oracle applications, enhancing the current capabilities, by providing application support, coordinating the deployment of applications, assisting Field Information Resource Specialists (FIRS) in setting up and maintaining applications and associated peripherals, and configuring the workstations for these applications. Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) – Enhanced Non-Drug Evidence Database System (ENEDS) EES was responsible for improving and maintaining the DEA’s Enhanced Non-Drug Evidence Database System (ENEDS) operations, processes, and procedures ensuring a safe, efficient, and reliable system. EES was involved in managing information resources to optimize service delivery, restore the infrastructure, and ensure customer/user satisfaction. In addition, EES provided documentation control, directive publication and issuance, assessments of system changes, and other tasks to ensure ENEDS reliability and maintenance. EES provided training and help desk support to both UOA and ENEDS application users including troubleshooting error messages, modifying data, assisting users with the application, and ensuring that the application workstations are configured correctly. EES proactively tracked and responded to issues based on trends that had resulted from prior deployments. |
