EES continues to pursue and capture prime contractor as well as subcontractor awards on Government-Wide Acquisition Contracts (GWACs), Indefinite Delivery / Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ), and Multiple Award Schedule (MAS) Contracts. EES understands the importance of offering multiple contract vehicles to our clients. EES is certified as a Small Disadvantaged Business (SDB) and Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) providing our customers flexibility and support in meeting their small business set-aside contracting goals, including the ability to accept direct awards.

The Electronic FAA Accelerated and Simplified Tasks (eFAST) Master Ordering Agreement (MOA) is available for use by the FAA and potentially all federal government agencies. The MOA functions as a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) providing a broad range of comprehensive professional and support services. The eFAST MOA is the FAA’s preferred Small Business contracting vehicle.

FAA e FAST - NAS Information System Security Engineering (NISSE)EES provides specialized security expertise and services to National Airspace System (NAS) program owners for the tactical implementation of the Air Traffic Organization (ATO) strategic ISS vision, plans, and policies to ensure the cyber security of the NAS and NAS-mission support systems and their data without jeopardizing the integrity of the NAS. EES provides broad-based security support and services in all security domains as defined by the International Information Systems Security Certification Consortium (ISC).

FAA eFAST - Strategic Sourcing for the Acquisition of Various Equipment and Supplies (SAVES)EES provides support to the IT Infrastructure Division of the FAA in the development of quantitative and qualitative performance measurements and data analysis, data conversion, rapid prototyping, testing, and coordination of technical issues; support for expert panels, technical meetings, workshops, and conferences; preparation of analysis reports and software requirements specifications.

The IBM Watson Supply Chain Business Network is a cloud-based, AI-enabled business network designed to streamline collaboration and deepen B2B transaction visibility across FAA owned and leased telecommunication utilities.

FAA eFAST - Airport Technology Research Database Management, Development, & Support (ATRDMD&S)EES provides system engineering, software development, programming, administration, maintenance and support of databases key to the research efforts of the ARTD Branch. These research areas include aircraft rescue and firefighting (ARFF) systems and technologies, Unmanned Aircraft Systems (UAS) technologies, airport visual guidance systems and technologies, surface friction testing technologies, airport wildlife mitigation, airport design, airport pavement performance and design, and research efforts as assigned by FAA sponsors in Washington. FAA - Data Communications Integrated Services (DCIS)EES supports the FAA's Data Communications Program with its goal to allow the National Airspace System (NAS) to handle more traffic, reduce flight delays, route aircraft more efficiently, and enhance safety all while reducing operational costs for airspace users. EES provides Integration Test support to demonstrate Data Communications Program improvements prior to deployment into the NAS. EES supports a full range of Test and Evaluation (T&E) activities on the Airport or Tower side of operations specifically on the Tower Data Link System (TDLS). EES also supports testing on the high-altitude or En Route side of operations specifically on the En Route Automation Modernization (ERAM) System.
